Rehabilitation Built for Performance
SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY
Your recovery starts with understanding the entire athlete, not just where it hurts. Every Elite evaluation is performed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specialized in sport performance giving a detailed analysis of not only how to help you recover, but also how to make you perform at an even higher level as an athlete.
CHOOSE YOUR ASSESSMENT
INJURY-SPECIFIC ASSESSMENT
For athletes dealing with a current injury, pain, surgery, or limitation.
A comprehensive evaluation of your injury, movement, strength, mobility, and relevant performance deficits to identify what is limiting you and build your path back to sport.
Our Individual Injury Assessment goes beyond evaluating the site of pain. We perform a detailed analysis of the injured joint as well as the joints above and below it to identify mobility, strength, stability, or movement deficits that may be contributing to the injury. This allows us to address not only what hurts, but the underlying factors that may have caused or continue to place stress on the injured area. The result is a more complete rehabilitation plan designed to restore function, reduce limitations, and prepare the athlete to safely return to sport.
ELITE FULL-BODY ASSESSMENT
For athletes who want to understand how their body is performing beyond a single injury.
A head-to-toe musculoskeletal and movement assessment designed to identify mobility restrictions, strength asymmetries, movement deficits, and potential opportunities to improve performance.
Our Full-Body Sports & Performance Assessment looks beyond the injury to evaluate the athlete as a whole. We assess mobility, strength, stability, force production and absorption, movement quality, and sport-specific biomechanics to identify limitations that may be restricting performance or increasing stress elsewhere in the body.
Those findings don't stop in the treatment room. We use the assessment to directly inform and modify the athlete's strength and conditioning program with our strength staff, allowing rehabilitation and performance training to work together rather than as separate systems. Our goal is not simply to return the athlete to their pre-injury baseline, but to identify and develop the physical qualities limiting performance so they can return to sport better prepared than when they arrived.
THE ELITE TOOLBOX
BLOOD FLOW RESTRICTION TRAINING
Build strength and preserve muscle using lower external loads when heavier loading isn't appropriate.
DRY NEEDLING
Used when appropriate to address pain, muscle tone, mobility, and neuromuscular function as part of a larger rehabilitation plan.
IASTM + SOFT-TISSUE MOBILIZATION
Heated, vibrating and traditional instrument-assisted techniques incorporated when appropriate to address mobility and soft-tissue restrictions.
COMPRESSION RECOVERY
Dynamic compression technology to support recovery between rehabilitation, training, and competition.
MANUAL THERAPY + MOBILIZATION
Hands-on techniques used alongside exercise to restore mobility and improve movement.
ELECTRICAL STIMULATION
Technology incorporated when appropriate to improve muscle activation and support rehabilitation.
THE TOOLS AREN'T THE TREATMENT PLAN.
Technology can accelerate what we do, but it doesn't replace great rehabilitation. Every treatment is selected based on your assessment, current research, and the demands of your sport—then progressed into strength, speed, power, and performance.
DON'T JUST RECOVER. RETURN ELITE.
